The City of Barrie is offering a one-week Active Living Camp for active older adults this summer at the Parkview Centre location, 189 Blake St. The two week-long camps are offered free of charge to anyone 50 years of age and better. Participants will enjoy a wide range of activities both on site and off site, including: daily guided activities; learn about nature; day trips; guest speakers; meet new friends; have fun; acquire new skills; and be physically active. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Registration is required; limit of 40 participants in each camp.

The Simcoe County Arts and Crafts Association Members Boutique is also a must see with folk art painting, knitting, beadwork, and more for sale.
