Connecting Lake Simcoe's Community

It's Spring!

As I write this, it looks more like Winter outside -- but I know that Spring is on its way, along with the Spring issue of Lake Simcoe Living! The magazine is available across the Lake Simcoe Watershed. If you can't find a copy, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The fantastic cover shot of woodcock in the reeds was taken by University of Toronto student Timothy Antonio, who lives in Bradford. He captured the essence of Spring at Lake Simcoe.

Among the many things blossoming this Spring is our new website.

It has a number of new features, including Lake Simcoe Living Community Event Videos — a place to see videos of events across the Lake Simcoe Watershed — an opinion poll, news and feature stories.

There is also Lake Simcoe Living's Hooked on Fishing show with Wil Wegman. On his show, Wegman, a well-known Lake Simcoe angler and author of the Hooked on Fishing column in Lake Simcoe Living magazine, will cover everything from ice-fishing safety, to the Orillia Perch Festival and other fishing events through the year. To watch the show, click on the LSLTV logo at the top of the Home Page.

All kinds of interesting new programming will be available soon on LSLTV, so stay tuned!.
